The university has well-established boys' hotels at the campus. The rooms of the boy's hotel are spacious and offer a comfortable stay to the students. Admission to the boy's hostel is done on a first come first serve basis.

The University has separate accommodation facilities for girls students. The girl hostel is located within the campus premises. Since there are limited rooms, admission to the university’s girls hostel is done on a first come first served basis.

The university's state-of-the-art Sri Sri University Library has an air-conditioned reading hall and is fully equipped with modern amenities that provide the right ambiance for studies. It is well-designed and it has a spacious and eco-friendly interior that offers a variety of academic information that stimulates the intellectual pursuit of students in a conducive ambiance. It has over 22,000 digitized e-books and 30,000 offline books. In totality, 1430 students have subscribed to library membership. The library also offers access to thousands of electronic books and journals. The facilities can be open from 9.30 AM to 11 PM.

The university has an active sports wing of cricket, basketball, football, table tennis, badminton, volleyball, and lawn tennis. Collympics is an intra-university, week-long annual sports fest of the university conducted by students under the mentorship of their faculty members. This event attracts a lot of eyeballs and garners a lot of interest from students, teachers, and faculty.

The University understands that a healthy mind resides in a healthy body. The university has well-equipped multi-gyms and fitness centers that are used by students and staff. A back extension machine, barbell row, bench press, punching bag, curl bench, and dumbbells are there so that students can train back, biceps, chest, and triceps. Both the boys' and girls' halls of residence have their gyms. There is an open-air gym at the boys’ hostel.
