The University houses five hostels on its campus- 2 for boys with a capacity to accommodate 4600 students. The hostel rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained with attached bathrooms. The rooms are available on a single occupancy basis as well as on a sharing basis. To help the young minds focus on their studies, each room is furnished with beds, wardrobes, study tables, chairs, and an air-cooler. Solar heaters have been installed in all the hostels to supply hot water conserving electricity. Water purifiers and water coolers are installed to provide potable water. Round-the-clock power back-up helps students to study without interruption.

The University has widely expanded various clinical departments with a provision of super specialty care with a growing spectrum of diseases and increasing demand for such facilities. The Hospital is the apex health institution and provides tertiary care to the entire population of Moradabad and adjoining districts besides imparting clinical training to the students.

Medical Facility to the Students: All the bonafide students of various programs at the university are provided with the below complimentary medical facilities at TMU hospital as per the policy:

Outdoor Patient Department (OPD) facilities: Free registration and free tests (blood, stool, urine, ECG, ultrasound, etc.). All super specialty checkups and tests including MRI & CT scans are available at a 20% discount.

Inpatient Department (IPD) facilities: Students can avail of the treatment facility of a maximum of up to Rs 50,000/- at TMU hospital during the entire period of the program that they are enrolled in at the university. All the bonafide students will also have coverage of Rs 1 lac in case of accidental death while they are studying at the university.

The University maintains well-stocked separate libraries for each of its colleges. The university libraries have more than 2,50,000 books on varied subjects, with more books added every day. For a closer view of advances in technology, discoveries in the fields of medicine and engineering, the University libraries subscribe to the print versions of national and international journals besides maintaining access to an archive of a host of e-journals. The libraries are technology-enabled and automated, which improves services for students, research scholars, as well as seasoned professors. The University has subscribed to the EBSCO database, Clinical Key (Elsevier), and DELNET Database providing access to full-text research articles and sector-specific reports in different disciplines.

The University offers a wide range of sports facilities and opportunities for students to participate in various sports pursuits at all levels.
