The Neotia University, Kolkata has separate residential accommodations for boys on the campus premises. The university has three boys' hostels equipped with all the necessary amenities. The university also has the facility of laundry service for its resident students. There is a dining hall in each hostel that serves a multi-cuisine menu and offers three-nutritious meals and evening snacks to students each day.

TNU Kolkata campus has a separate girls’ hostel equipped with several facilities. The university offers its resident students a laundry service. The laundry facilities are available to students living in the hostel at a reasonable fee. The Neotia University, Kolkata has a health centre with a first aid facility for the students.

TNU Kolkata campus has a fully equipped gymnasium which is available to students who are interested in fitness, cardiovascular exercise, and resistance training to stretch their muscles.  The gym facility meets all the requirements for a commercial fitness centre. Students can choose from a variety of resistance equipment and free weights to fit their physical workout regimes.

The Neotia University, Kolkata have a well-equipped library with a large collection of national and international books, e-books, e-journals, open archives and other digital resources. Qualified librarians are available to guide students through the vast array of subject-specific books, magazines, project reports, online periodicals, and question banks. In addition to the central library, each department has its own fully furnished library. 

TNU Kolkata campus has both indoor and outdoor sports facilities for students on the campus premises. The university has separate halls for indoor games like table tennis, carom, snooker, chess, badminton and many others. Adequate sports facilities and courts are available for volleyball, badminton, basketball and two large playfields for cricket and football. For coaching and guidance, there are dedicated and qualified coaches for cricket, basketball, and football. The university also regularly holds sporting events where students can compete in sports such as intercollegiate basketball, football, cricket, table tennis, volleyball, and martial arts.

TNU Kolkata campus has a cafeteria which is there within the campus for students and staff members. From the cafeteria, students can purchase both fresh and packaged food at a reasonable price.

TNU Kolkata campus provides transport facilities for students who live off campus. The A.C. coach bus facility for day scholars from Kolkata and around is also available.

The IT department of the university also provides assistance to students with any problems they may encounter.
