The University hostel provides a mess facility to its boarders at reasonable rates. Indoor sports and recreational facilities are available along with other basic facilities. For accommodation in these hostels, the office of the Dean of Students Welfare invites applications from eligible and bona fide candidates. The allotment is made by a committee approved for the purpose according to certain prescribed norms. Meritorious students and those belonging to far-flung areas of the state are given preference.
