Vikrama Simhapuri University encourages students to actively participate in the indoor and outdoor sports activities. It has a spacious sports room with all the necessary facilities, with a physical fitness trainer. The institute also regularly organises inter- and intra-sports events.

Vikrama Simhapuri University has department-specific laboratories with state-of-the-art modern infrastructure. A lab attendant is also available to guide the students during their practical examinations.

VSU Nellore has a Computer lab Facility. The laboratory is fully equipped Computer Lab with WAN, LAN & Internet.

The University has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

The University Library was started in 2008. The university library works as a hub of the knowledge base for the students, Research Scholars, and faculty members. The library collection includes 12,000+ Volumes of printed books, subscriptions to 100+ printed Journals and Magazines, 350 items of Non-book materials, 52 volumes of theses in print form, and 10 daily newspapers available in our library. The mode of access is open access. The Library caters mainly to the needs of postgraduate students, research scholars, faculty, and other staff of the university. The library provides long-range and short-range reference services to the users, including current awareness service, and selective dissemination of information services as an extension activity. Many of the library services are extended to the students and faculty members of the University. The library is planning to provide electronic information sources and services through the digital library platform.

The University has good networking for the alumni association.

The University is a fully residential campus for the students. The university has two hostels, one for Boys (Pinakini). These are spacious, well-furnished hostels. Apart from hygienic foods (halaal is applied to permissible food), hostels provide recreational facilities including TVs, indoor games, etc. Each hostel has its wardens, members of the faculty who administer the hostel.

The University is a fully residential campus for the students. The university has two hostels, one for Girls (Swarnamukhi). These are spacious, well-furnished hostels. Apart from hygienic foods (halaal is applied to permissible food), hostels provide recreational facilities including TVs, indoor games, etc. Each hostel has its wardens, members of the faculty who administer the hostel.

The University is having high-speed 1 Gbps Internet connectivity from BSNL through National Knowledge Network (NKN), through LAN as well as Wi-Fi throughout the campus, including both Men & Women, to cater to the needs of the students and staff. V.S University provides an Internet (LAN & Wi-Fi connectivity) facility for 24*7 days. Also, around 1500 User IDs created wireless devices to access the internet within the VSU Campus.

The University has Banks/ATM facilities for all students. Honorable Vice-Chancellor Prof.R. Sudarsana Rao inaugurated S.B.I bank on 05.08.2019 within the VSU campus, making its services accessible to all the students, Research Scholars, Teaching, and Non-Teaching Staff.

The university also has a well-equipped cafeteria facility that serves nutritious and well-cooked meals. Students can access the cafeteria during their idle time.

VSU Nellore also provides adequate parking facilities for the students and staff of the college. They can park their vehicles, such as cars, bikes, and bicycles, safely. A security guard is also available round-the-clock. 

The University has various events where students can participate.

The University Cell helps every student explore placement opportunities by inviting various companies for campus recruitment of students who are in the final year of the program.
