Being a residential university, the students of each college are required to reside in the hostels. It is mandatory because the course curricula periods start in the early morning and continue till the evening. The functioning of the Hostels is governed by the hostel rules and regulations. All the hostels are spacious and equipped with modern facilities. Currently, 2073 students are residing in 19 53 Most of the rooms in each hostel are double and triple seated. There is a common room with a colored television, cable facility, newspaper, etc. in each hostel. The hostel mess is equipped with a refrigerator, water cooler, and utensils in adequate quantity. the mess is run by the contractor under the guidance of the university. Generator facilities are provided in most of the hostels. In seven hostels volleyball, badminton, and table tennis facilities are also provided.

Separate arrangements for undergraduate and postgraduate students are made. Most of the rooms in each hostel are double and triple-seated. There is a common room with a colored television, cable facility, newspaper, etc. in each hostel. The hostel mess is equipped with a refrigerator, water cooler, and utensils in adequate quantity. Each hostel mess is run and managed by the students on a cooperative basis. Girl’s Hostel Mess is run by a contractor under the guidance of the university. Generator facilities are provided in most of the hostels. In seven hostels volleyball, badminton, and table tennis facilities are also provided.
